ERS participants will have two choices of dental benefit plans, the Humana Dental Health Maintenance Organization (DHMO) or the State of Texas Dental Choice Plan SM .

Under the Humana Dental DHMO : , participants select a network dentist and have no deductibles, no yearly maximums and varying levels of copayments for preventive, basic and major services.
